1. Acceptance of Terms

The SAKA Kitchens platform (sakakitchen.com) is operated by KVART POINT, Bulevar Arsenija Čarnojevića 53, 11070 Novi Beograd, Serbia. By using the platform, including the 3D kitchen planner, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site and services.

2. Service Description

SAKA Kitchens provides a free online 3D kitchen planner, AI-assisted design, a kitchen element catalog, and the option to submit a quote request based on your design. The core planner functionality is free, while advanced AI features may require purchasing credits.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify SAKA Kitchens of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and materials on the SAKA Kitchens platform are protected by copyright and are the property of SAKA Kitchens or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our software or content without explicit written permission.

5. User Content

You retain rights to kitchen designs you create using our planner. By using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your designs to provide the service. Your designs will never be shared publicly without your explicit consent.

6. Payments & Credits

AI credits and premium features are charged through the secure Stripe payment platform. All payments are in EUR. Credits are non-transferable and do not expire. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided credits have not been used.

7. Limitation of Liability

SAKA Kitchens provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. 3D visualizations are approximate — actual dimensions and materials may differ from what is displayed.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon account deletion, your designs will be permanently removed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. All disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Belgrade, Serbia.
